Now Hiring - Regional Sales Operations Manager in Deerfield Beach, FL

For over 48 years in business, Dolphin Carpet & Tile has been grown to become the largest floor covering dealer in South Florida with 10 stores servicing Miami Dade Broward and South Palm Beach counties.

The Regional Sales and Operations Manager is a full time position, based out of our Deerfield Beach location. Hours consist of 8am to 5pm Monday through Saturday with a half day off during the week.

Ideal candidate will have/be:

• Extensive experience in the retail flooring industry or home services industry
• In home sales experience
• Detail orientated and financially minded
• Seasoned manager with experience managing teams
• Sales and customer service orientated
• Problem solver
• Ego checked at the door
• Computer proficiency
• Experience with RFMS helpful
• Foster a positive attitude and encourage success
• Ability to coach, mentor, train, and motivate team

Duties Include:

• Oversee daily sales and operations of the business
• Communicating corporate policies, procedures and goals
• Lead sales team to achieve revenue and gross profit goals
• Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
• Create a sense of ownership and urgency.
• Work with the installation manager to ensure timely completion of installations
• Oversee inventory and warehouse operations
• Hire and recruit talent where necessary
• Visiting stores to work with sales and support staff
• Inspect job site complaints from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
